3 goals for next term

1. to complete all of my work or as much as possible.

2. to complete my unfinished story I’m writing.

3. to concerntrate more during class.

hopefully I will be able to complete my goals! Wish me luck!;)

Five things I have learned this term

1.  I learned how to use pivot. Pivot is useful for projects that the teacher give us.

2. I learned that azure is a beautiful blue colour. To know this is useful because if you have a wide vocabulary you write better stories.

3.I learned that inundation is for a river to flood, like what the Nile does annually. This is a useful thing to understand because if the Egyptians never found out that the Nile floods anually then we wouldn’t have known how to irrigate or understand how to control the floods.

4.I learned how to use a scalpel and to disect animals organs. This is useful for science projects and assignments.

5. I learned to sow. this is a useful thing to because I then got to make costumes for a play.

the beach

My Story!

Last summer, I went to the mellow beach. The waves swayed as washed against the warm sand. As I ran toward the beach, the hot sand  burnt my feet. The  sun fluttered in the sky as it watched me wonder alone. No foot prints were anywhere except the ones that followed behind me. Shells crunched while  I came closer to the water. The wind slowly whipped against my pale face. Waves grew and started hitting the rocks wildly but further out in the ocean was only cradling. I felt the beauty surround me. While I watched it come in and out slowly  I wondered what was out there in the sea.

Ancient Egypt

In history our new subject is Ancient Egypt. I’m writing a booklet on Ancient Egyptian gods.I’ve also have been drawing plant that are found in Egypt. I found that there is over 115 god that are worshipped in Egypt.I think Ancient Egypt is a great subject to learn in History.

I would like to know what you think about Egypt and what you enjoyed or disliked about it.

If you enjoyed learning about Egypt then I think you might enjoy this website.

personalities

People have lots of personalities.Know one is the same. We all have favourite movies, colours, animals and other things that show who we are.

I, for instance, enjoy netball the colour aqua and art. That tells you that I’m a sporty, colourful person. It also tells you that I’ve got a bright personality.

Some people choose who they would like to hang out with just by looking at them. They don’t even concider that they might be different and could be a nice friend.I’m fell sorry for those people because they don’t take the time to even talk to people that don’t look like ‘their type of person’. This is called ‘judging a book by it’s cover’.

I would like to know what is your personalities are, what are your favourite things and do you ’judge books by their cover?
